Welcome to Live Oak Elementary School, one of seven schools in the Live Oak School District. At Live Oak we serve students from pre-school thru fifth grade. Live Oak is located in an unincorporated area of Santa Cruz County between the cities of Santa Cruz and Capitola.
Please feel free to visit our school or call our office at any time. We are here to serve you and welcome every opportunity to share our educational programs with the community.
School Vision and Mission Together, students, staff and parents create a positive, challenging, supportive learning community. We teach and model respect for self, others and our environment. A strong foundation in the academics and participation in the arts are both highly valued. Students have the ability to problem solve and work independently and cooperatively within a social or academic group.
